The Day After

What a difference a day makes. Storm Imogen passed through in the early hours and today dawned almost flat calm with some sunshine.

This was taken at high tide from the same spot as yesterday's blip. The sea inside the breakwater is back to normal and the seagulls are back on their perches. I wonder where they went during the storm. The Esplanade remains flooded but things are getting back to normal.
New roof tiles are being fitted tomorrow so should be watertight again soon.
