Dabbling

After checking the weather forecast last night I expected a cloudy grey day so I planned to sort out a slideshow for photo group tomorrow but by lunch time the sun had got his hat on and was calling me through the window,  the slideshow got shortened and I went off down the lanes. I tried to creep up on this Moorhen having a dabble in the brook but he had spotted me long before I could get very close, so I left him to his deliberations and just enjoyed the unexpected sunshine.......hope you all had some too   :-)
