I had to go up to the West End office and then managed to make it to the post in order to send off The Form , having resolved the name issue with a helpful person on the phone. Gosh, they answer straight away - how very unlike HMRC.

I could have blipped a new Cigs tag that I spotted, but felt that this sort of thing is better left to the Cigs-master. On the way home, this strange little sticker caught my eye. I'd begun to suspect that Whimsical Lush was probably a legal high until I googled it and found it's an illustrator. Hmm...
