The First One Hundred [or so]

The painting-with-600-kids challenge began today. I started with all the little tots, some of them were smaller than the paint brushes. Their little wide eyes looking impressionably up at me as I regurgitated the same spiel over + oven + over again. "You have to be very very very very careful..." "This paint will never ever ever ever ever come off your clothes..." "We just need to make super super super super small brush strokes.." to which all of them squeak "OK!" and with that, dunk a launching great hummer of a plunge in the stinky siropy highly potent paint and simultaneously drip it all over the, well, everywhere. So I repeat it; "You just need a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny bit of paint on the brush", to which they all squeak again, "OK!" before fashioning that familiar highly haphazard dunking + spilling method once more. It's going to be a long week.
