Pancake cake

Watching last night's episode of Jamie's Summer Food Rave and his pancake cake recipe reminded me of when I made it about 3 weeks ago.

Tastes delicious and doesn't require any baking. Pancakes, layers of cream and layers of melted chocolate. Done.
