A car park ... with an office block on top

A little fresh air and sunshine did some good in chasing away my cold this afternoon and I took a few more photos for a Warwick Blipmeet. 

This is one of the less attractive buildings in Warwick, Barrack St car park, which has what used to be the Warwick library, but is now one of the local council offices sat on top of it.  It was once nominated for being one of the worst examples of architecture in Warwick.
