Stressed, but thin - unlike me :)
Today I found from the wall of my collaques a white piece of paper, these four easy instructions of how to beat the stress.
So. Let's try...
To beat your stress read the list, but choose only one step.
Only one of the followings.
1) Consiously relax
Breathe in and out. Inhale, exhale. Slow down specially your exhale. Search for the moments when or where you can relax. Oxytocin reproduces. It affects into your digestion.
2) Sleep well
Decent amount of sleep is 7,5-9 hours/night. Melatonin is the hormone that reproduces during the dark hours and it also is an antioksidant. Do not fiddle your mobile near sleeping time.
3) Eat protein at breakfast
Handful is enough. If you still feel hungry, you always can enjoy your normal coffee and the slice of bread.
4) Excercise your body - but enjoy also recovering excersising
Body excersising is good for your muscles of course, but light rehabilitating and easy ecxersising reduces the amount of cortisol from your body (it is a stress hormone).

Ps. Ok, I have been under a lot of pressure this week, stressed too. The leaf in the blip was on the path in the forest today as I walked home. Beautiful, but thin unlike me.:)
