A Norwegian spruce Seed

Given to me in a fir cone by Archie.
This tiny seed about 1 cm long in the right conditions can grow 3ft a year. It is know to grow up to 55m /180ft. The oldest living specimen is the oldest known tree in the world and has been dated as 9550 years old. Wow!! I shall plant it but clearly won't be around to see what happens!
