Jamaican Gravy

Mr L has surpassed himself this evening with his dinner! Who would believe that only a couple of years ago he could barely do more than prep the vegetables! Tonight, Jerk chicken, sweet potato fries, wild rice and peas and Jamaican gravy! Delicious.

This morning I needed to visit the castle and took the opportunity to photograph the Gloriette from another viewpoint. A lovely day again today and good catch up with FlyingPRGalin the afternoon.

Downside is that the sore throat has been released into a full blown cold and probable throat infection as I have almost lost my voice. It is very painful.
