Monoprints.

It was the presentation evening for the year 5 art competition this evening. This is the third year it has been held and, after a steady start, it has become a major event in the school calendar and over 300 people attended tonight's event.

Before the formalities began we ran three workshops for the children: mono printing, single line portraits and collage making.  The mono printing was a particular hit with the children and by the end of the session there were dozens of them.  However, the real credit has to go to about 10 of the older students who gave up their evening to run the workshops and ensure everything ran smoothly.
