Buttermere reflections

A beautiful, dry (but cold) day. Over with the group to Buttermere, and although the lake itself was ripply, this large puddle / flooded area of grass offered great reflections of the trees at the edge of the lake, Fleetwith Pike and the Buttermere fells.

A polarising filter and a 0.45 hard edged grad over the sky still left the right hand side of the picture much lighter than the left, so a 0.6 soft edged ND grad held sideways evened off the right to left brightness problems and needed almost no post processing.
