Olde Worlde Shoppe

My travels took me to Lacock today. It is only up the road but I haven't had a wonder around for a few years.

Next to the Pub (The Red Lion) is a shop that simply closed one day and never opened again. I took a few photos of the shop's window which was like a museum display - fascinating!!! It included a poster offering King Cone icecreams for one shilling! What is that in new money!

Today's  training included shadowing a support worker, hence my trip to Lacock. (A beautiful National Trust village)

I haven't watched the Keaton Henson video that my daughter (Florence) is in for ages,  so was surprised to see it has had over 300,000 hits!! Good heavens!
