Evil wins.

In the battle of Good V's Evil, I'm afraid evil prevailed, spectacularly! It was one of those days that started with the best of intentions but turned out so bad that I needed a big, nasty, fatty sugar hit.

It did the job.

Many regrets this morning....(but it was good at the time!)
