Up or Down?

Another trip to Stratford via North Greenwich today for a team briefing followed by lunch for 90 people at Pizza Express, i think they need a "dynamic scheduling system" as well as it was a bit chaotic trying to serve all at one (took 2 1/2 hours for 3 courses!) Beats working for a living though.
