Stills Life

Out after work to take in an arty film at the Stills Gallery. Here are some of the audience milling about and posing beforehand. 'Twas All This Can Happen by Siobhan Davies - a film made with archive photographs and clips from early cinema. All with a very excellent voiceover from Robert Walser’s 1917 novella ‘The Walk’. Kafkaesque, so it was.
Right, that's enough cutting and pasting. And spraffing. Later watched In the Valley of Elah, which I'd never seen. Ah, sez, I. Billy Bob Thornton. And watched the whole thing. It's Tommy Lee Jones. Similar sort of name, confusingly enough. It is, isn't it?
