spring?

sunshine and the blooming crocuses... it felt almost springlike... time is whizzing by at the moment... ups and downs,  just like the weather... sunshine and showers and occasional snowfall...

This week has been an example of that... at times really lovely,  at other times full of turmoil.. Monday was really chilled out,  yet Tuesday was dreadful,  as our visit to playgroup resulted in a very tearful little un,  who was clearly anticipating separation anxiety and was getting very stressed...

The rest of the week has been a mixture of clinginess and independence, my angry girl seems to have gone away (temporarily) but my insecure little un has made an appearance... however this has been interspersed by great imaginative play, (including a new imaginary Hippo friend)  confident sociable moments, some good nights of sleep and some really cuddly and affectionate times, as well as some leaps in terms of language and understanding...

Quite an exhausting week,  but nice plans for the days ahead... so overall springlike and hopeful...
