Deserved a treat

The boy had a hospital appointment today which went very well apart from being anxious not wanting his BP taken and consequently 3 high readings!

Afterwards we had a treat at Costa to warm us up. We then came home and due to waking early/ lack of sleep the boy had worrying about hospital we decided not to go to school for last two hours and have a rest instead. Hubby has been at work today and then home in the garden doing more!

Boy chose what I made for dinner which was a lovely beef stew full of lovely root veggies too. Funny he will eat raw carrots or carrots cooked in stew but not normal cooked carrots!

Early night in order me thinks as we are tired.
