One day I'm going to take terns against a blue sky, we've had so many cloudy days this summer. No good for anyone, no sunny days for city people and no rain for farmers. We've had one sunny morning in the last month (luckily the day flying and I decided to go and see sunrise and there was one.)

The birds were very active today, but my camera isn't great with the ISO up and terns fly so fast you need a fast shutter speed.

Great to watch them though and it was lovely at the beach as although it was very dark and grey it was warm and still. Lots of people swimming, walking, with  dogs, running, surfing and paddle boarding - everyone out early!
