Well today has gone smoother than expected, with all the public transport, I made it to the hospital in plenty of time for my Ultrasound, the radiologist said there is thickening on my tendons and will send the report to my Dr.

I've walked so far today that it's good to be home and sitting down.

Have a chocolate fudge cake bought on reduced from M&S for later.
