Muddy paws

and loneliness

we were walking in the local nature reserve when a man stopped to talk

he was walking  Tilly - his 14 year old dog

she hates walks he has to walk daily

he's 77 his kids live some distance away and his wife died 4 years ago from an aggressive brain tumour

we walked we talked....the dogs ignored each other

my life isn't so bad!
