Great friends

This afternoon V1K1 and The Forester arrived unexpectedly with a ute load of firewood for us, knowing that Ian hasn't been able to get enough in for this winter. We are so grateful....they are very special people.
Very pleased that I could share with them the plum cake I had just made using black doris plums that one of the locals had given us. I found the recipe online, a real beauty with cinnamon and a bit of coconut, certainly mark it to make again.
