The Palace Sprint

The world cup came to the city... As in the "Palace Sprint"... But there is no snow and warm... So they got the snow from some where and made a track around the palace... 
The picture is from Wednesday evening and the race was the following day. I had a thought that I would have time to go see it but I didn't...
