Red quince flower

Weigh in this morning and blood pressure readings. Weight is static again - I'm about half a kilo above where I want to be and I've not changed for nearly a month... My blood pressure wasn't too bad, not quite where I'd like it to be but not dangerous any more.

We went to see friends for a chat and a cuppa and we collected a bike that has been serviced and now works properly again.

Today's blip is an ornamental quince bush in the garden that has plenty of these small red flower on it.
