Fragile Beauty

Having a quiet day ahead of returning to work this week. It is First Sunday in Lent and I am posting these snowdrops, candles of hope, a Christmas present from our neighbours that has been growing in a corner of our yard.

I wasn't permitted to post the pictures of my wife with a lovely, resilient but fragile growth of spikey hair shining in the in the sun. Her next treatment cycle starts on Wednesday.

So the snowdrops will have to do.
Candles of hope, fragile and beautiful reminders of God's presence and the unfolding story of death and resurrection.
