Spiky

It's been a really pleasant day here, blue skies, fluffy clouds and lots of sunshine. I had to take Ma for an appointment at the GP before getting her to the day centre so the day proper started a bit later than usual for me (around midday) and she has just come home (5pm) so not a lot of time to run around feeling giddy with freedom. However I did wander up a narrow lane and blipped these rather majestic thistles. I was hoping the cow over the wall would oblige by turning round but I'm afraid I only got shots of her rear end, not quite the look I was hoping for! Shame really because the sky was quite spectacular.
