Celebrating love

A beautiful time this morning visiting Barnabas church to see one of our college students get baptised. Many wonderful words spoken by her and over her. And as a result the song above has been going round my head all day. What amazing words to be singing on a day like today.

Today I ran a half marathon around Shrewsbury. But a few 'issues' meant making a stop in a field doing something that really shouldn't be discussed here. Needless to say, it was a low point in my running career.

Thankfully, SS and I followed that by a lovely walk along the river which was much less eventful. It's cold but Spring is definitely showing signs of its imminent arrival.

Steak and bubbly for dinner. Because it's Valentine's Day and that's a good enough reason for me.
