Raffle

My ticket was the first called at the raffle draw in the village hall tonight, so this was my choice from a large table of goodies. The bottle will join the homemade sloe gin and raspberry whisky from last week - in the cupboard!!
It was, once again, the Silent Auction - the first big social occasion of the village year - and a chance to chat with friends, meet new people and enjoy a good supper with a glass of wine! I came home with a lovely new, white and green tablecloth and napkins from Morocco and a few other things at a bargain price!
