A Chilly Walk

We decided to brave a walk across the local fields, around the woods and back past the airfield. As we expected, it was very muddy and it certainly blew away the cobwebs when the freezing wind whipped past but it was still lovely just to get out and we did see quite a bit of sun. We walked much further than we intended ( I think I'm a bit out of practice) and came back quite exhausted..........well I reckon I must have been carrying at least half a stone of mud on my boots!!! :-))
