Today's roadtrip with the folks included a trip to Alloway, which as I'm sure you'll know is the birthplace of Robert Burns.

We spent a few hours at Burns Cottage where he was born, Brig O Doon and the relatively new Birthplace Museum and Gardens. Sun was shining again which was an added bonus.

This approx 6 foot mouse can be found along the Poets Path which is between the museum and the cottage, and poem it belongs to can be found here.

Oh, today's title? Well in the museum one of the quotes is something along the lines of "13 weans fae 5 wimmin" (13 kids from 5 women). Our Rabbie was definitely a bit of a playboy!
