A BIt Late for Valentines Day......
....Always seem to be a day late these days.
When we opened up the front door yesterday Jaiya and I could hardly believe our eyes at the amount of cards flowers and boxes of chocolates that were there to greet us.
Our house is bursting with beautiful fragrant roses and we sit here eating our lovely creamy chocolates (with some toffee and fudge ones thrown in) reading all of our cards overflowing with romantic notions.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........one thing is true though...after working for our friend 'the florist' the girl did come home with bunches of beautiful roses.....which smell like heaven....and this special Rainbow Rose was just for me...cant get better than that I reckon....
......although I would stand on my head and whistle Greensleeves for a chocolate.........Nope! not allowed......I really have been feeling so much better since putting the kibosh on the sugar.
Been having a bit of a play with the Macro lens again...its fun. I will move further afield when she and I are a wee bit more in harmony with each other.
“The only bubble in the flat champagne of February is Valentine’s Day. It was no accident that our ancestors pinned Valentine’s Day on February’s shirt: he or she lucky enough to have a lover in frigid, antsy February has cause for celebration, indeed.”
