Frustration

Mum has been after a desk storage unit for ages - saw this online at Officeworks and so we went shopping - turned out it was s special item and we had to order online - 3 weeks later and thus turns up. The most it would hold is a few letters not files as we discussed with the sales person . Waste of a trip but they did give me out money back
