The great, the good, the remarkable

Day off work to spend time with Roland and celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.  Nothing flash, just a day in London with no deadlines to meet, no appointments to keep, no-one to please but ourselves.

The weather was bright, but cold and dry, so we took ourselves off to Highgate Cemetery - resting place of the the great, the good, the remarkable and the ordinary.  And then to Chinatown for a chinese cash only eat-as-much-as-you-like buffet but if you leave anything we'll charge you extra. 

It was a lovely day and you can see more pics here.  Unfortunately we had missed the last tour of the West Cemetery so had to make do with roaming unaccompanied around the East bit.  We shall return though, to do the other side.
