Urban Sculpture

While driving down Oretha Castle Haley Blvd in New Orleans I spotted these figures atop a yoga/multi use building. This is in an area that still is in a redeveloping phase and allows for some less expensive realty.

Reminds me of Matthew Barney's work. I will try to find out whose it is.
