I thought that whatever they were doing here would be related to the ponding issues, but it would seem not. At least with the cut-through being closed no-one would be tempted to try and walk across this. The cut-through beside SWIP was still open, but was very smelly as the gas-network people fucking about with Morrison Street had taken a chunk out of a sewer pipe when excavating.
