Keep on Running

These two are just great , they remind me every day to be more dog lol. It doesn't matter if its a short or long walk, if the sun is shining or if its pelting it down or freezing cold ,it just doesn't stop their enthusiasm for life and for the enjoyment that they take for being outdoors . Their tails are constantly wagging along with their hairy butts and they just look at me with a sparkle in their eyes that just say's it all . So perhaps we should all try to just enjoy the moment and the simple things in life and take a small bit of time out of our busy days and take a deep breath and smile xx
