Good Friday

Not a bad day at all!

Had a good training session this morning, back to my best and setting new personal bests.

Met up with my best friend then for a chat and a late breakfast.  He had a day off and was looking for a new suit for his new job, so went shopping at McArthur Glen, Bridgend.  We had a good natter.

He also kindly lent me some walking kit to play with, as you can see in this photo.  Can you guess what I’m going to be doing?
