Reeds

Having spent two long evenings trying to upload our safari pictures to make an album and failing twice, we decided to have a rest and I went walkabouts on the moor. We are very lucky to have the moor literally on the doorstep. A most unusual phenomenon appeared this evening - I believe it's called the sun!!
My wanderings took me to a small tarn just below White Wells which is now nearly full of small reeds. With this shot I wanted to convey some motion in the reeds from the breeze but not blur them completely. This is the best of a few which I think does what I wanted. One thing this project is doing is making me think more about what I want from a shot and more importantly not worrying about taking lots of shots - I'm not using expensive film!!
