Braving the Elements

These little beauties have just opened up in our garden borders along with some white hellebores, snowdrops and a small cluster of bearded iris.

Just as they have burst into flower, the last two days have been the coldest since the winter of 2014.

I hope they don't succumb to the vast change in temeperature.
