The house is freezing, a few nights up in Kirkby Lonsdale has meant no heating has been on and we have certainly had pretty cold weather this past weekend. The house is taking such a long time to warm up.

So Mia and I headed out for dinner. We drove about and then ended back home when we remembered the Italian restaurant at the end of the road.

It was a lovely meal, though the company was far better than the food itself. Mia is a treat to be with, she has a great sense of humour and we ended up talking about so many different things.

We even devised a new secret hand shake.
