Hard Times

No, not Dickens - Government cuts...

...this building needs no introduction (for those that do think 007). Glanced up this morning and thought, "times must be hard if they have reverted to smoke signals"

What a difference a day makes. Dark walking in yesterday, today it was clear daylight - must be more of those 'gravitational rays'  :-))
