Shepherds beware

Glad I peeked through the curtains when I woke up
Raining by lunchtime (I think but I was very busy in the office)
Aching shoulder and upper arm - I'm supposed to be using it, and I'm obeying instructions, but the enforced movement restriction from the dressings has left me with weak muscles which ache with prolonged activity using the arm at certain angles. I wish it was all back to normal.
