A Sign of the Times

This is one of several signs going up on the side of these new appartment buildings. The sign changes messages every so many seconds. I find it a bit dangerous as its right at the corner of a very busy street at a traffic light. It's very hard not to read the sign as you are driving down the street. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't right at the traffic light.
