Hopeton01 - Lamplight

"Make new friends - keep the old;
 The one is silver, the other, gold."

I took this blip on the way home after a brilliant evening spent with old friends in a lovely pub-restaurant overlooking the Grand Union canal near Braunston, a few miles from Milton Keynes.

As daylight faded giving way to darkness, this old-style lamplight served as a reminder that true friends are always there - reliable, constant and sharing light & laughter when needed. Feeling blessed.
