Look around for a still life or take a long shot from the window avoiding the myriad wires in this direction. There's been no let up in the rain here today and I considered adding another to the small number of missed days in my journal. All things considered, I don't think it's too bad.

Back to rehearsal tonight! It's the first one for the 'Commitments' band since the big gig in November. We have a new drummer tonight so I expect we'll break him in gently and treat him nicely in the hope he'll enjoy playing with us. Hes got a bit of a hard act to follow, mind you!
