Dickens Challenge Great Expectations 3

"I have often thought of him since, like the steam hammer, that can crush a man or pat an eggshell, in his combination of strength with gentleness"

I found a pictorial representation of this quotation in Antony Gormley's the Iron Man in Victoria Square in Birmingham today.  This tremendously strong figure emitting the strength of industry supporting oh so gently a pigeon on his head!
