Today was our last day in the master bedroom before the carpenter comes to build the wardrobe! Last chance for fixing and making the colour even on the ceiling.

The light in the cottage is, well, cottagey and so armed with my beloved 'missed a bit' spotter I walked backwards and forwards painting out the clouds in the ceiling.

Undercoat my repair to the skirting board and then?

Paint the curtain rail and rings?

The rail is easy enough. But, the rings?

It may drive me mad.

And so?
