Shrove Tuesday

When James told me at the weekend, that it was Pancake Day on Tuesday, I had to double check as it only feels like we were celebrating New Year a few weeks ago! But of course Easter is so early this year, hence early Lent.

I had a busy day today and so if pancakes were going to happen, it would have to be at breakfast time. Made the batter last night, got up early and sure enough James and Amy had pancakes for breakfast! Phew!
