Day bed

Recently I've been using the dining table rather than the study desk for working at so I can keep an eye on the birds in the garden. Unfortunately this has resulted in a bit of restlessness from my canine sidekicks who like to be wherever I am at all times. However, in a stroke of genius, I have moved their day bed into the corner next to the dining table - it fits perfectly - and now they're happy.

This morning I went to Petersfield with my friend Andreya and we spent a jolly few hours drinking coffee, eating cake and seeking bargains in the charity shops (all of which had half price sales on). It was good to catch up - and now I must have a clear-out at home to make room for today's purchases...
