Popsicle Stick Gate

I noticed this new gate on a b&b down the road.   I've always liked the arch over the gate and the lattice on the top of the fence, and the new gate spruces up the entrance to the garden.  It does remind me of giant popsicle sticks though!  I think  popsicles might be called ice lollies in Scotland.  I also like the rainbow flag, a welcoming touch.
Back to rain today, and it woke me up this morning.  I hoped to squeeze in a walk in between the showers, and luckily I'd taken my umbrella because it started to rain as I was about five minutes from the car.  Lovely to get out for some fresh air and an outdoor photo!
