Le coeur des hommes

A very quick blip before bed. Tonight's performance in the amphitheatre was given by le Coeur des Hommes, a group of 18 men who sang songs bound to please, as they were almost all about wine, women, and being Occitan. They finished with those old standbys Se Canto and L'Immortel, which are guaranteed to get people singing along. It was a lively performance with lots of humour. Here Gérard is introducing a song by telling an Occitan joke about the wedding of a flea -- in French, mais avec une pointe d'accent.
